Tyler Eberhart is a Real Estate Professional serving the front range region. With a passion for the customer experience, as well as a desire to help others learn and grow, he and his team have successfully assisted over 500 families purchase and sell while maintaining a 5-star rating on both Google and Zillow.
Originally licensed in Ohio in 2012, Tyler decided to move to the front range in 2014 to build a life in beautiful Colorado. Specializing in New Construction, Tyler began his career in New Construction and finished as the top salesperson in 2017 and 2020 for the builder he worked for, Challenger Homes.
In 2019, Tyler rented his house out for a year and worked on builder accounts in Raleigh for Toll Brothers and San Antonio for Casina Creek Homes. Rather than building his career in new construction – Tyler left the corporate world to start his own company in 2020 – Springs Realty.
In 2023 – Tyler opened up a property management company and then co-branded with eXp to create the Springs Realty Team with the assistance of a larger national brand. This allowed for more resources, support and training for his agents, which allowed for exponential growth while focusing on the agents and the clients.
Tyler’s designations with the National Association of Realtos include – Military Relation Professional, Real Estate Negotiations Expert, as well as Employing Level Broker license status.
