Kathy recently joined the real estate field in 2022 after spending 25 years in the insurance industry, as an insurance agent and home claim inspector. Kathy has experience in home construction in several states where she was involved in building 14 of her own homes. Kathy understands customer service, communication, and clear expectations.
Kathy moved to Colorado Springs in 2013, to enjoy the great outdoors and a better quality of life. She has spent time in different areas of the state enjoying all the recreation and beauty it has to other – making her suited in providing you with a unique perspective of the state.
Kathy has a genuine love for real estate and Colorado, she is excited to help real estate buyers and sellers accomplish their home ownership dreams.
Kathy spends her free time exploring all the beautiful mountain towns, hiking with her dog Maya. She is secretary on her HOA – which is self-managed here in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
